Achievements. Students of the Management Faculty participate annually in managerial duels and win prizes. Students are frequent laureates of the All-Russian Youth Management Cup “Manage!” Besides, students get state scholarships from the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation every year.
Teaching staff. The teachers of the faculty are business startup and development experts, entrepreneurial consultants. The teaching process involves heads and owners of business enterprises, practicing consultants in the field of management, specialists in developing and giving business workshops on optimization and reengineering of business processes, management as well as sales experts.
Research is actively conducted under the supervision of highly qualified teachers. In 2020 the faculty organized the online International Conference “Digital Transformation of Industry and Service: Trends, Strategies, Management.” The conference brought together over 100 participants not only from Russian universities but also from the universities of Moldova, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
Education. During classes, with the active involvement of students, business processes at modern organizations are simulated: establishment of an enterprise as a full-fledged legal entity, conclusion of agreements with partners, representation of a company’s interests at a tax office, in a court session, etc. Almost all management processes are simulated in business games. Students take part in managerial duels to hone leadership and public speaking skills in live dialogues. Emphasis is placed on language training: students choose a foreign language to study during all four years of study. Students annually take an intensive full-immersion English language course in the first and the third terms as well as a separate course in Business Foreign Language in the Professional Sphere.
Strategic partners. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Municipal Executive Committee of Kazan, consulting companies such as Vernoe Reshenie, Human Capital, the Casco Service insurance company, Yola–Kazan Trading House.
