Awards and achievements. The program successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020. The department is the winner of the all-Russian contest of educational programs "Social Entrepreneurship: Education – 2017," the grant competition of the Scholarship Program of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation (2019), etc. Students get scholarships from the Russian President, the Russian Government, the Stavropol Territory Government, various educational foundations and organizations.

Teaching staff. The program is delivered by 15 teachers, 15% of whom are employers representing government authorities, 30% are Doctors of Sciences having awards and certificates from regional authorities, competitions and exhibitions winner's certificates. Researchers from Russia, the Czech Republic, and Germany are also invited.

Facilities and resources. Classrooms are fitted with multimedia equipment, computers and software. Students have access to Russian and international electronic library systems, online learning platforms, and analytical systems.

Research. Researchers implement RFBR grants, state and municipal contracts, social projects supported by the Presidential Grants Foundation.

Education. Government authorities' representatives and foreign researchers are actively engaged in the program delivery. Students will learn to develop and efficiently implement managerial solutions at different management levels – from organizations' structural units to regional socio-economic systems, apply relevant tools and technologies of regulatory control while implementing a managerial solution, use various motivation, leadership and power theories to solve strategic and operative managerial tasks.

Strategic partners. The Foundation of Regional Social Programs "Our Future," the Stavropol Territory Government, SFedU, Prague Advanced Training School (Czech Republic), etc.

Competitive advantages. The program receives positive expert opinions and reviews from regional employers. Students undertake internships at regional and municipal authorities, research and educational institutions, commercial and non-commercial organizations offering employment opportunities. Graduates are in high demand in the job market of the North Caucasian Federal District.
