Achievements. The program successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020. The program is delivered jointly with partner Southern Federal University and is an international double degree program with Samarkand State University (Uzbekistan). Researchers implement RFBR grants, state and municipal contracts, etc.

Teaching staff. The program is delivered by 13 teachers, 23% of whom are employers, 15% are Doctors of Sciences. Researchers from Russia and the Czech Republic are also invited.

Facilities and resources. Classrooms are fitted with multimedia equipment, computers and software. Students have access to Russian and international electronic library systems, online learning platforms, and analytical systems.

Research aims to study current issues in social development and HR management.

Education. The program receives positive expert opinions and reviews from regional employers. Students learn to apply relevant tools and technologies of regulatory control while implementing a managerial solution, use various motivation, leadership and power theories to solve strategic and operative managerial tasks, organize teamwork and build teams, design a corporate structure, delegate authorities, audit human resources and diagnose corporate culture, apply ICT in their professional activities.

Strategic partners. Concern Energomera, the Stavropol Territory Government, Southern Federal University, Prague Advanced Training School (Czech Republic), Samarkand State University.

Competitive advantages. Students undertake internships at commercial and non-commercial organizations, regional and municipal authorities offering further employment opportunities. Graduates are sought after by HR services of industrial, trade, transport, insurance, tourism and other organizations, employer and social welfare services in regions and cities, recruitment agencies, organizations specializing in management and HR consulting and audit.
