Awards and achievements. The program received a high grade in the all-Russian major expert voting contest by National Accreditation Center, Expert Guild in the Sphere of Professional Education, the all-Russian Accreditation in Education journal. The students participate in the Russian step of a major international business management contest Global Management Challenge, the 12th season of Yugra Cup "Growing Point," regional selection stage of the II All-Russian competition of young entrepreneurs.

Teaching staff. The teachers are members of all-Russian Association of Business Education, Expert Guild in the Sphere of Professional Education, European Marketing Academy (EMAC). Managers and specialists in the field are involved in teaching.

Research. In 2020, the RFBR grant "Vectors of Digital Economy: Formation and Development of Human, Scientific and Educational Potential" was implemented.

Education. The students carry out research work in the area of developing a conceptual approach to regional management based on the lean production principle, study issues and methods of improving the efficiency of company management in socioeconomic conditions, analyze formation and development of human, scientific and educational potential in the digital economy.

Strategic partners. Administration of Nizhnevartovsk, Nizhnevartovsk Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Finance and Law Center of Business Development, Sberbank of Russia, VTB, SKB-bank, Samotlorneftegaz. Due to cooperation with the partners, the students obtain practical experience as part of the course and final paper projecting, scientific research work and work placement.

International projects and programs. Two international projects of Jean Monnet Module "Standardization in the Product Quality Management System: the Experience of the European Union Countries and Prospects for Cooperation" and "Development of "Green Skills" in the Field of Entrepreneurship and Business Based on the European Experience." The staff of the Department participated in the implementation of UNISON "Strengthening of University and Enterprise Cooperation Through the Development of Network Interaction of Spin-off Companies."

Competitive advantages. The program is of almost universal intersectoral nature. The graduates are able to work in all spheres of business and public administration.
