Awards and achievements of the educational program. The program underwent state accreditation. The Law Faculty was also accredited by the professional-public accreditor, the Association of Lawyers of the Russian Federation. The university is a member of the Association of Law Schools of the Russian Federation. The Best in Education international encyclopedia (2017) under the heading “Reward and Recognition Board” features R.F. Stepanenko, A.B. Meziaev, S.N. Druzhkov; and the They Will Make the Future section lists A.A. Akhmadullin, a student of the Law Faculty, and R.F. Liagin, a postgraduate student of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law.

Teaching staff. The program is delivered by 16 Doctors of Sciences, Professors, 32 Candidates of Sciences, Associate Professors, and seven Senior Teachers. The leading teaching staff include A.B. Meziaev, G.R. Shaikhutdinova, R.F. Stepanenko.

University partners within the educational program. Students train their practical skills at a wide range of on-the-job placements including the Bar Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Emergencies Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the United Nations Association of Russia.

High quality of the program is validated by the high employment rate of the program alumni and their career advancements. Integration of research and educational processes is the peculiar feature of the program.

Students’ and alumni’s achievements. Ninety percent of the students enrolled in the program find their employment in the first year of a Master’s program. Over 20% of the program alumni hold top managerial positions in different companies. Masters of Law are highly demanded and have broad prospects for career development.

Facilities and resources. The university has adequate facilities and resources, including computer and multimedia classrooms. The university information environment is supported by the internet connection via three fast channels of data communication.

Opportunities for students. Specialized courses are delivered in Russian and English. The educational process is implemented using innovative teaching methods, workshops and round-table discussions moderated by the leading specialists, scholars and practitioners of the contemporary international legal science. Upon completing their Master’s program students can pursue their postgraduate degree in law.

Employment prospects. Graduates from the program can be employed as heads of entities, specialists of legal services, directors of national and international legal entities, specialists for international corporate issues, specialists in international intergovernmental and non-governmental entities, court judges, lawyers, attorneys.
