Awards and achievements of the educational program. The program underwent professional-public accreditation at the Center of Scientific Political Thought and the Institute of System Society Research.

Teaching staff. The History and Foreign (English) Language major is delivered by the highly qualified teaching staff. Ninety-two percent of teachers have academic degrees and titles, 34% of teachers have the academic degree of Doctor of Sciences or the title of Professor. The heads and senior employees of relevant organizations, enterprises and institutions are also engaged in the educational process.

University partners within the educational program. The Institute of Archaeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Main Archival Administration of the Moscow Region, the Central State Archival Repository of Moscow Region, the Election Commission of the Moscow Region, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the Moscow regional office of the Znanie (Knowledge) all-Russian educational society, Secondary School No.7 of Lytkarino ranked in the Top 100 schools of the Moscow Region, Secondary School No.27 of Mytishchi (a holder of the Best History Teacher Award of 2015, a winner of the Teacher of the Year contest in the Moscow Region).

Students’ and alumni’s achievements. Alumni are employed at various educational institutions, perform research activities in the field of education and implement cultural and educational projects involving libraries, museums, leisure and children’s creativity centers, tourist agencies, mass media, national culture centers, and clubs.

Facilities and resources. The classrooms for lectures and seminars have video projection equipment for presentations, audio reproduction means, screens, and internet connection; there are language laboratories and a computer classroom; the library offers work places with computers having access to databases and internet.

Students benefit from four comfortable dormitories, catering facilities, a sports and recreation center, the university’s medical service.

Opportunities for students. Students undertake archeological, museum, archive, teaching, and pregraduation internships. They undertake study placement at Swansea Institute of Higher Education (Great Britain) and Cavendish Language School (Great Britain). They have an opportunity to implement their individual educational paths according to their professional interests.
