Awards and achievements. The programs successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020. Participation in the grants from the RFBR, the Russian Science Foundation, the Russian Foundation for Humanitarian Research, the Russkiy Mir Foundation, conferences, victories in scholarship programs, professional and research contests at different levels: NCFU Rector Cup, the regional athletics championship, the Pedagogical Debut contest, the Teacher of the Year contest in the Step to Profession category. Projects: European Resource Saving Trends in Training Computer Science Teachers; Resource-saving and Green Information Technologies in Education, etc.

Teaching staff. The academic degree holders ratio is 93%. Current heads and staff members of general education institutions of Stavropol and the Stavropol Territory, teachers from the top universities of Russia and other countries are engaged as teachers and supervisors of teaching internships.

Facilities and resources. The programs are supported with academic documentation and materials for all academic courses, disciplines (modules). Students have access to databases, library collections, the electronic library system. NCFU has state-of-the-art sports facilities: a gymnastics hall, a dance hall, a hall for games, a gym, etc.

Research. Scientific schools and research areas: Physical Education and Sports in Educational Anthropology; Information and Communication Technologies in the Learning Process and Research.

Strategic partners. Lomonosov Moscow State University, Marina Tsvetaeva Memorial Complex, Institute of Russian Literature (the Pushkin House) of the RAS, University of Ljubljana, educational institutions in Stavropol and the Stavropol Territory.

International projects and programs. NCFU implements joint scientific projects with the University of Almería (Spain), Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (Iran), University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), the Erasmus + program (Jean Monnet Foundation).

Competitive advantages. Classes are conducted in learning laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art computer technology where students familiarize themselves with state-of-the-art IT and software. Students undertake work placements at third-party organizations that have high workforce capacity and science and technology capabilities.

Assistance and support for international students and teachers. Internationalization of the educational and research process is one of NCFU's top priorities and is a strategically important vector of university development. NCFU has the International Cooperation Department.
