Awards and achievements. The program successfully underwent state accreditation in 2020. Students and graduates are authors of papers in Russian Science Citation Index editions, holders of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation scholarships, participants and winners of international contests, participants of academic student mobility programs.

Teaching staff. The program is delivered by 17 teachers. Over 35% have an academic degree of Doctor of Sciences.

Facilities and resources. The university has state-of-the-art facilities and resources and an excellent learning environment for all student categories: classrooms for all kinds of classes, a research library, sports centers, dormitories, canteens, a medical center.

Research areas include student-centered models in education, modernization of general, continuing and professional education, preserving and strengthening the family status in the context of modernization of Russian education. Every year the research findings are presented at the international research and practice online conference "Education and Today's Global Challenges: Scientific and Pedagogical Context."

Education. Teachers use state-of-the-art educational models and technologies: problem-based learning, interactive learning, project activity.

Strategic partners. Sapienza University of Rome (Italy), Southern Federal University, V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University, educational institutions of Stavropol, the Stavropol Territory and the North Caucasian Federal District.

International projects and programs. NCFU delivers the international double degree program in Pedagogy and Educational Sciences jointly with the Sapienza University of Rome.

Competitive advantages. The educational program delivery form ensures the possibility of using partner organizations' resources in the teaching process.

Promoting the employment of future specialists, NCFU actively uses the opportunities offered by educational internships and work placements. It establishes working and business contacts with institutions and agencies seeking psychology and pedagogy specialists, signs cooperation and work placement agreements to offer senior students and Master students an opportunity to approve themselves and gain a foothold at their job and subsequently combine their university study and work.
