As
part of cooperation the parties are expected to conduct webinars and hold expert meetings devoted to current quality issues in education, assistance in developing internationalization of higher education, academic partnership and export educational potential of Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
The parties have also agreed to jointly hold events aimed at developing cooperation in the field of higher education, effective assistance to educational and scientific organizations in searching for foreign partners, management of and technological support for prompt exchange of current information content between the participants, scientific and educational organizations functioning on the territories of both countries.

The information and analytical journal Accreditation in Educationis an acknowledged leader among federal specialized mass media of the Russian Federation covering current quality issues in education. It has been published since 2005. It is distributed by subscription and VIP Mailing in all regions of Russia, the CIS countries, and other foreign countries. The journal is intended to ensure that information on the quality of educational activities is transparent and accessible, informs the professional expert and academic community, heads of educational organizations, education authorities at different levels about the areas of state education policy of the Russian Federation and its regulatory legal support; opinions, analysis and evaluations of the expert community in a wide range of important problems in the field of education; state, social educational activities in Russia, as well as about international experience in the field of quality assurance in education; best practices and advanced educational models, both Russian and foreign, in the field of professional, higher and supplementary education.
The Public Fund Edinstvo was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2010. The organization has been fostering real business development through enhancing workforce capacity, mainstreaming of applied developments, innovation technologies and new business processes into production, promotion of interests of the business community at executive government agencies, foreign governmental and non-governmental organizations, interstate associations, establishment of stable relationships with business communities of the countries that are traditional partners of the Kyrgyz Republic in trade and industry, development of an appropriate environment for regular business communication between business representatives and representatives of scientific schools, government agencies of different levels, to ensure an effective environment for mutually beneficial cooperation, development of workforce capacity, introduction of advanced technologies and developments into a particular business. It actively cooperates with leading Kyrgyz, European, and Russian universities.
