Programme presentation. Within the framework of the program highly-qualified managers are trained who are in demand in the civil service institutions. Great emphasis is put on providing the right a combination of theory and practice and meeting the employers’ requirements (the Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development the Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade the Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury and others). Students carry out research in the following areas: modernization of public administration and municipal management system, reform of the civil service, issues and development trends in efficient regional management, social and economic development of municipal structures.
Teaching staff. The program teaching staff are experienced instructors; 68% of them have academic degrees. Over 10% of the instructors involved in the educational process are the managers and employees of professional organizations, enterprises, federal and municipal authorities.
Competitiveness of students. Great emphasis is put on the formation of professional competences while ensuring that the graduates are in high demand on the labour market.
One of the best aspects of the educational program is an opportunity that is provided to the students to do the research. They take an active part in international and national conferences. The total number of events held is 45 (incl. 13 events held outside
Interaction with employers. In the framework of the program, the Faculty administration is going to create a network of knowledge supporters and virtual public administration specialist communities.
