Accreditation. The program underwent professional–public accreditation in 2021.
Awards and achievements. The Russian President Scholarship (2019-2021) for young researchers. Awards: Professor of the Year (2021); “For the Best Practice of Academic and Methodological Support for Educational Programs” (the Normal physiology textbook). The
third place in the University Science Relay.
Teaching staff. The program is delivered by 46 departments in 88 disciplines. The Faculty of Pediatrics comprises 11 departments that employ 119 teachers, including 22 Doctors of Medical Sciences and 65 Candidates of Sciences. Among them are Honored Worker of Higher Education of the RF, Honored Workers of Science and Education of the Russian Academy of Natural History, Honored Doctor of the RF, Excellent Worker of Public Health.
Facilities and resources. The university has its clinic (Voronezh Children’s Clinical Hospital), a laureate of the All-Russian ProDoctors Award in the category of the Best State Clinic in the Voronezh Region.
Education. FSES HE 3+ and 3++. There is a single information learning management system TANDEM. University, Moodle and Webinar platforms. Students acquire practical skills at the multidisciplinary accreditation and simulation center. They can use the textbook lending service “student’s electronic shelf.” Students are the winners of the International Student Olympiad “Samarkand-2020.” Government and personal scholarships are awarded. The faculty issued the Normal physiology textbook, study guides Electrocardiography: Semiotics and Differential Diagnostics and Physics. Mathematics.
Research. One PhD thesis in Medicine was defended in 2021. The study “Creation of the system of early detection and prevention of renal injury in children with obesity of different etiology.” International clinical studies (4th phase) in pediatrics.
Competitive advantages. The practical training facilities are medical organizations in Voronezh, clinics in Germany and China. Academic mobility of teachers: the Republics of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Belarus; Germany, Japan. The university
cooperates with the medical faculty of the Humboldt University of Berlin, Charité University Clinic (Germany), Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany), Çukurova University in Adana (Turkey), Varna Medical University (Bulgaria), Harbin Medical University (China).
Employers and employment. The employers are medical organizations in Voronezh and the Central Black Earth Region. Participation in the Career Day event, registration on the Facultetus platform. The graduate employment rate is 95%.
