Entrepreneurship and innovations in the Asia-Pacific region markets
The III International scientific and practical conference 'Entrepreneurship and innovations in the Asia-Pacific region markets' will be held by the laboratory of entrepreneurship research and the Department of management of the School of Economics and management of the far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) on October 23-24, 2018.
The conference is intended for the Russian and international community of scientists, representatives of the research and development sector, representatives of the business community, government and development institutions of the region interested in exchanging views on topical issues of research and practice of entrepreneurial and innovative activities in the emerging markets of the Asia-Pacific region, which include Russia.
In 2016-2017, the Conference was attended by more than 200 representatives of universities from Russia, China, the USA, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Iran, India.in 2018, the number and geography of participants is expected to increase.

The combination of institutional and socio-economic aspects of entrepreneurship forms the so-called business ecosystem. At the same time, the institutions that encourage entrepreneurial and innovative activity in Russia and the Asia-Pacific countries differ significantly from the "Western" context in which, in General, studies of entrepreneurial and innovative ecosystems were conducted. The study of the existing differences between Western and Eastern business and innovation ecosystems is important for their further development and mutual integration of economies.

Conference venue:
The conference will be held on the campus of the far Eastern Federal University. The new FEFU campus, built in 2012, is considered to be the best not only in Russia, but also one of the best in the world. It is located on the Pacific coast in an ecologically clean area of Russky island, near Vladivostok.
Vladivostok is a beautiful, dynamically developing city, combining historical and modern architecture, surrounded on three sides by the sea of Japan, which has absorbed European and Asian culture.
