HED Club: Education Advertising and Partner Search

The HED (Higher Education Discovery) project was initiated by Accreditation in Education Company which has 13 years of publishing experience and occupies the leading positions in the information and communication area of the professional community in Russia. It networks thousands of international universities.

Higher Education Discovery Project: Journal and Website

HED is an international open electronic journal circulated on all the continents of the Earth. It is disseminated among international departments of universities in 80 countries. Its subscribers include Ministries of education, universities with its' administrative and international relations departments, quality assurance agencies, recruitment agencies, and international education events organizing committees.

HED is an information tool for development of academic mobility, since its goal is to become a global media platform where educational organizations will definitely find partners. Its objectives are to be in the center of all current events and to track trends of higher education development and internationalization. The journal will help educational organizations to find associates abroad for collaboration projects, select an academic exchange program, invite foreign colleagues to their events, advise foreign educators on vacancies; present information on their achievements to potential partners; let thousands of the world universities discover their information;  find sponsors for implementation of collaboration projects, educators and students for academic exchange programs; inform foreign colleagues on their international events.

As part of the HED project, the International Site for Academic Networking (HEDClub) was also created. It is aimed at helping educational institutions from all over the world and their representatives to find international partners in the field of higher education and research.

Free and paid ad promotion services

HED is a service that enables all registered users to post ads free of charge. To have an ad posted, you should register on the website. Doing so will also allow you to correspond with the ad target audience.

There are over 500 educational organizations from Russia and other countries that have already registered on the website and placed their partnership ads.

The partnership ads are classified into the following caterogies: Jobs, Staff Exchange, Student Mobility, Scholarships and Grants, Internships, Joint Educational Programs, Sponshorship, Educational Events, Research&Development, Consulting&Assistance, HR&Recruiting.

 

HED also provides paid advertising promotion services:

- Moving ads up to the premium section

- Highlighting ads in color

- Presenting ads out loud at the ONLINE FAIR

- Banner placement

- Mailing the ad out to the registered users’ emails

- Emailing of the information about your partner offer for heads of Russian HEIs' international services.

- Face-to-face acquaintance with foreign colleagues at the II All-Russian conference «Informational transparency in education and science: how to introduce oneself to the society» (Moscow, February 13-14, 2019).

International contest «Informationally transparent HEI. International level»

HED has recently launched the international contest «Informationally transparent HEI. International level» for HEIs from all over the world. HEIs' international service specialists are invited for participation. The contest includes three steps:

Step 1 HEI International service specialists' self-evaluation

Participants are awarded a certificate «Ready for cooperation. International level».

Step 2 Self-evaluation of HEI's international infomational activity

Participants are awarded a certificate "Ready to confirm the status of informationally transparent HEI. International level"

Step 3 International experts' evaluation of HEI's international information transparency

Participants are awarded a certificate «Informationally transparent HEI.International level».

International EDU Fairs

As part of HED project, international Online EDU Fairs are conducted. They bring together international speakers from Russia, Spain, Brazil, Germany, Belarus, Oman, and other countries. The participants are key representatives of such organizations as Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA), RUR Rankings Agency, Al Nimr International Exhibition, BAYHOST, Brazilian Association of Private Universities (ABMES), Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education, and others.

The Fairs are conducted in English. The participants have an excellent opportunity to communicate with the audience interested in international cooperation, get acquainted with foreign partners representing projects at the fair, make business proposals to foreign partners and discuss forms of cooperation.
