«FIVE-IN-ONE»: HOW A PROMISING MODEL OF PROFESSIONALS' TRAINING WILL CHANGE THE MARKET OF THE FUTURE
October 15, the VII International forum Open Innovations will bring together Russian and foreign experts in the field of education who will discuss the STEAM learning model which integrated the most sought-after focus areas in the hi-tech industry.
At the panel discussion “Educational «five-in-one» concentrate. The prospects of STEAM education", the speakers will focus on the implementation of the new approach and its development in the nearest future. STEAM education integrates such disciplines as Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.
Universities in most developed countries have already appreciated advanced learning methods and technologies of STEAM education and have made it a priority program. In Russia, this educational model has just started its way. The participants of Open Innovations will discuss the prospects of STEAM introduction to the comprehensive education system of our country.
STEAM-education becomes a key factor in the increasing number of areas, and there is an increase in the number of jobs in hi-tech spheres. The teachers, research fellows, and business representatives in the sphere of innovation technologies will discuss how the new approach to learning will change the employment market .
STEAM is a synergy between theory and practice. The strong theoretical base cannot guarantee a successful career because employers need not only subject knowledge but also an ability to use it properly. The people educated according to the STEAM methodology are more independent and have a higher career-building potential which also influences the income level, — says Artem Kumpel, CEO at Severgroup TalentTech.
During the session the participants will get acquainted with a successful experience of implementation of the educational program in different countries and discuss the role of the state and business community in this process.
October 15, the first working day of the International Forum Open Innovations will be dedicated to the modern forms of education and new strategies of HR training. During the panel discussions, seminars and master classes the participants will focus on the issues of digitalization and modernization of the education system, lifelong learning program, investments in EdTech sector and personalized learning.
