25 Russian universities enter the QS World University Rankings 2020
According to the Quacquarelli Symonds website, 25 Russian universities have entered the QS World University Rankings 2020, which includes the world's top universities.
It is noted that Lomonosov Moscow State University has performed its best since 2005 and has taken 84th position, having improved last year’s performance by four positions.
The second place among Russian universities is taken by Novosibirsk State University, which has improved its performance by 13 positions (231). It is followed by St. Petersburg State University (234).
The list includes 25 universities compared to 27 last year. TOP 10 universities from Russia also include Tomsk State University (268), Bauman Moscow State Technical University (284), Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (302), Higher School of Economics (322), MEPhI (329), Ural Federal University (364), and MGIMO (366).
