Teaching staff. Doctors are trained at about 50 departments, four of them being degree-granting. The teachers successfully participate in scientific projects and cooperate with foreign scientists, are members of international associations and editorial boards. The university implements the grant of the Russian Scientific Foundation “Toxicology, Epigenetics and Reproduction” with the participation of specialists of Harvard School of Medicine (USA) as well as conducts joint research into evaluation of reproductive health of ore mining industry workers with West-Kazakhstan State Medical University named after M. Osmanov.
The heads and leading specialists of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing are annually engaged in the work of the State Examination Board.

Facilities and resources. The university established a simulation center for drilling practical skills, that allows teachers to provide high-quality training for future specialists.
