The Near East is ready to actively introduce Russian educational technologies

The AQDAR World Summit was held in Abu Dhabi to present the innovative projects in the field of state administration, education, healthcare, security from the UAE, Germany, Singapore, Jordan, China, India, Egypt, and Russia. The leadership project of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives "CORE Educational Resources Constructor" took an active part in the Summit.
At the moment there is a high demand for innovative solutions and state-of-the-art technologies in the Near East. Thus, the National Strategy for Higher Education 2030 developed by the Government of the United Arab Emirates is aimed at strengthening the education standards, increasing the scope of investigation and developing new educational programs which are more focused on promotion of employment. The country is planning to develop such new educational programs in conjunction with business. Educational organizations also show great interest in transfer of educational technologies.
The government takes expansionary measures to increase attractiveness of investment climate in в the UAE. There are two free economic zones: “the Dubai Silicon Oasis in the Emirate of Dubai” and “the twofour54 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi – Mediazone” where startups can get an access to financing, training and consulting (including incubator services). The focus is put on the companies working in the field of TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) and EdTech.
The private sector share in the UAE school system is predominant. Almost 80% of schoolchildren study at private schools in the programs from the USA, Great Britain and France. The Ministry of Education of the UAE has just started developing its own educational programs so the demand for technologies and guidance papers is extremely high.
Anton Sazhin, CEO CORE: "Our solution has entered the market just in time, there is a request for accelerated production of in-house educational content and for the development of horizontal ties between teachers. Our license arouses interest not only in schools but also in universities, in particular, the Ajman University of Science and Technology is ready to test the Constructor for a number of educational programs."
Following the summit meetings we planned to introduce the platform "The CORE educational resources constructor" in the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (Egypt) and in a number of general education institutions in Cairo. Also the CORE team received an invitation to participate in the Innovation Arabia program organized by Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, the first digital university in the UAE.
Faizal Muhammed Al Bakeri, Advisor to His Excellence Minister of Education of the UAE, noted, "The Moscow education system has made an incredible breakthrough in the development of high quality education. We will be glad to cooperate with Moscow in the field of innovative projects in education."

The AQDAR World Summit annually brings together teachers, students, parents, developers of innovative concepts and technologies to promote the education system. The Summit includes a number of conferences, workshops, and an exhibition display.
The CORE educational resources constructor is a digital tool used to create and reproduce educational resources and learning analytics, a leadership project of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, a project-graduate of the accelerator of the Institute for Economic Development Acceleration—Rybakov Foundation.
