Uganda and Russia signed a Memorandum of cooperation in higher education
At the Russia-Africa Economic Forum in Sochi the Memorandum of cooperation in higher education was signed between the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Uganda and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
As part of the Russia-Africa Economic Forum in Sochi the Republic of Angola and the Russian Federation signed the Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Education, Qualification and Academic Degrees.
