The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Republic of Iraq have signed a Memorandum of understanding in Moscow.

Development of inter-university partnership." The webinar brought together the participants from Russia, China, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan: over 30 representatives of the professional community and 13 experts as speakers.
In the context of globalization and integration into the international educational space, it is important to ensure the quality of higher education and increase the competitiveness of educational services. The main trends are internationalization, academic mobility and digitalization.
The national agency for quality assurance in science and higher education in the Republic of Croatia conducted a study on internationalization in the Croatian higher education area; there is a significant interest of higher education institutions in recruiting international students as one of the ways of enhancing the quality of study programs and higher education institutions; due to its geographic position, both a Mediterranean and Central European country, Croatia is a very attractive study abroad destination: five out of ten Croatian universities in total are located on the Adriatic Coast while others are situated in the continental area, including the largest Zagreb University.
During the International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research, and Application, held in China, a new cooperation agreement was signed between Lipetsk State Technical University and University of Science and Technology Liaoning.
Representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus reported that 27 Belarusian universities were ready to offer English-taught undergraduate programs (181 majors).
The authorities of Novosibirsk State Agrarian University met with the representatives of Cambodia and Mongolia as part of the international forum “Asian Meetings”.
